The Story of S/V Rhythm

Welcome. Herein you'll find the story of Rhythm and her crew. Rhythm is a 1979 Pearson 424 sailboat, and her crew a couple folks from Bend, Oregon. Rhythm backed out of her slip out on G dock at Squalicum Harbor on August 1st, 2017, and started slowly working her way south. She's currently in the South Pacific.

The Boat

Rhythm is a sloop rigged 1979 Pearson 424. After spending almost 30 years in the Pacific Northwest she's travelled over 10,000 NM down the West Coast and across the Pacific Ocean to New Zealand.

The Crew

John, Justine, and a few good friends.

The Plan

Rhythm is currently on the hard in New Zealand, while her crew is back in the US to work and make plans for the next phase of the voyage.
